Valentine's day means a lot of different things to people, good, bad, depressing, love and so forth. Usually when people hear Valentine's day they immediately think about couples and celebrating with your special someone. I, on the other hand, used to celebrate V-day with my mum when I was a kid. We bought something tasty to eat and drink and we made or bought something small for each other. That was V-day for me for a lot of year. Therefor I thought I'd give you all a little challenge for next week in honour of feb the 14th!
Even if you don't have someone to celebrate with in a typical sense then why not celebrate with family or friends, tell them and show them how much you care and love them!
Of course, don't forget to tell/show the most important person in your life that you love him/her. YOU. You're worthy of celebration so make sure to spoil yourself next week with whatever you can come up with that makes YOU smile! It can be anything: a long bath, a new pair of jeans or just looking yourself into the mirror saying 'I love you' (corny I know but try it).
Second thing. If you note us someone you'd like to secretly (or not secretly) like to hug or give a message to next week we will make sure to send that along to that person
If you or someone you know is in need of support please note us. We will update our blog with the info you give. Link to journal with information is appreciated but not required. We can also write a blog post where you ask for advice anonymously. Don't be afraid to reach out a hand to us. You do not need to be a member or watcher to get help from us.
We of course want to hear good news from you too like baby births, weddings and so forth. Friends support each other in all weathers and so do we.
